General Information
The apartment itself is on the first floor and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms - the master bedroom with a king size bed has windows overlooking the 7th tee on the Links course, and patio doors opening onto the large balcony.

The Master Bedroom
There is plenty of storage space as both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, with the master bedroom also having a separate dressing/vanity area. The en-suite bathroom has a full suite comprising of washbasin, toilet, bidet, bath and shower.





The Second Bedroom
The second bedroom again has fantastic views, the side windows overlooking the 7th tee and the other window giving a superb view of the fairway, clubhouse and way up into the mountains with the commanding Mount Teide in the distance. There is also a fully fitted bathroom which adjoins this second bedroom and both bedrooms have 'full power' hairdryers.

Living Room
The living quarters are open plan and very spacious. The lounge has the same stunning views over the balcony and is comfortably furnished with plenty of seating (a large three seat settee and a large two seat settee). There is a colour television, DVD player with free membership to the DVD rental shop at San Blas, the commercial centre on Golf Del Sur.



Dining Area and Kitchen
The dining area has enough seating and place settings for six and the kitchen is fitted with fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, juicer, full size oven and ceramic hob, automatic washer, steam iron and ironing board.
